Fr. Shnork Souin
Fr. Shnork Souin is a retired Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church priest and a lifelong hockey player and lacrosse enthusiast. One of the visionaries to bring the “Creator’s Game” to the “Creator’s Land,” committed to grow lacrosse in Armenia as a sport and cultural bridge. He ia a Hospice Chaplain in Charlotte, North Carolina, Fr. Shnork offering spiritual care to patients and families at the end of life. On Sundays, he visits mission parishes to celebrate the Divine Liturgy (Holy Badarak) and shares the Good News of Jesus Christ. He weaves together faith, heritage, sport and community, at the altar, the bedside, or on the field.

Shant Hovnanian

Shant Hovnanian is an American Armenian born and raised in the U.S. and now lives in Armenia. He is an enthusiast of Economics,Technology, Culture and Sports. He is committed to making sports in Armenia a highlight internationally.

Sara Stites
Secretary
Sarah Stites is the Development Officer for Fund for Armenian Relief’s Ayo! program. Originally from the D.C. area, in 2018, decided to say “Ayo!” to Armenia and became a dual citizen and lives in Gyumri. She assisted with the opening of Aregak Bakery, Armenia’s first bakery that employs people with disabilities.

Khachatur was born and raised in Armenia. His main focus is sport business development in Armenia. He is the Director of Golf at Ararat Valley Golf Club.

Alina Atayan
Athlete Commission
Member of the Armenian Women’s National SIXES Lacrosse Team. Alina was a member of the Marquette University Women’s Lacrosse Team for 4 years. She was part of the Big East All- Academic Team 2015-2016, chaired the Pancreatic Cancer Awareness team committee, and was a One Love Foundation Escalation Workshop Facilitator. Alina works in healthcare as a Registered Nurse and has had research published regarding domestic violence prevention.
