Johnny Mourdian is the co-founder of the Armenian Lacrosse Federation and the main driving force to bringing the sport of lacrosse to Armenia.
Johnny has a vast amount of acrosse experience across all ages and sport levels from middle and high school to college, professional and national teams in both field and box lacrosse.

Johnny has won nine Professional World Championships:
As General Manager, he holds the record with five NLL Championships, three with the Buffalo Bandits and two with the Toronto Rock.
International Box Lacrosse
Johnny held postions as General Manager, Chairman and Program Director of the Canadian National Indoor Program. During his leadership, the Team Canada had a 23 – 0 record at World Championships, winning four gold medals in 2003, 2007, 2011, and 2015.
International Field Lacrosse
Played on the 1974 (Melbourne, Australia) and 1978 (Manchester, England) Canadian National Field Lacrosse Teams. In 1978 Team Canada captured the gold medal. Johnny was an assistant coach on four Canadian National Field Lacrosse Teams that participated at the World Championships; 1982 Baltimore (Bronze), 1986 Toronto (Silver), 1990 Perth (Silver), and 1998 Baltimore (Silver).
In 2010, he was the GM of Team Canada winning silver at the World Field Championships at Manchester, England.
Fr. Shnork Souin is a Co-founder of the Armenian Lacrosse Federation, a priest of the Armenian Apostolic Church, a hockey player and a lacrosse enthusiast. Fr. Shnork is one of the dreamers working to bring the “Creator’s Game” to the “Creator’s Land” in Armenia.
Mher Saribekyan is a Co-founder of the Armenian Lacrosse Federation and the Technical Coordinator & Digital Products Manager for the Armenian Lacrosse Federation.
He also acts as a liaison between the US and Armenia.
