Armenia Lacrosse is pleased to announce that Tyler Hall will be one of the coaches for the Armenian National SIXES Team. A former collegiate lacrosse goalkeeper at Le Moyne College in Syracuse NY Tyler won NCAA Division II Lacrosse Championships in 2013 and 2016.
After graduating, Hall began his coaching career as the Goalie Coach at SUNY Oswego in Oswego, NY from 2017 to 2019, where he worked closely with the goalkeepers. He then served as the Defensive Coordinator at Queens University of Charlotte from 2020 to 2022 where he led one of the top defenses in the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) and helped guide the team to multiple postseasons runs. During his tenure at Queens, the Royals’ defense consistently ranked among the best in the SAC.
In 2023, Hall began his tenure at Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina, initially joining the staff as an Offensive Assistant. In this role, he helped with developing the offensive strategies and player development. Following a successful first season, Hall was promoted to Offensive Coordinator in 2024:
Tyler was the Offensive Coach for Team Armenia Men’s Field team that won the Heritage Cup on May 26 defeating Ireland, the defending champions 5 -1. Team Armenia defeated US Virgin Islands 9-3, Mexico 9-4, Greece 7-2 and the Netherlands 9-3 in preliminary play.
Outside of lacrosse, Tyler enjoys traveling with his wife, Anna Shtikyan, and spending time with their two dogs, Dougal and Daisy. He is also a cybersecurity specialist based in Charlotte, NC, balancing his professional work in technology with his passion for coaching and mentoring athletes.
